We are confident that we can offer you an excellent opportunity to earn a substantial income by engaging in interesting and rewarding work.
Building Your Customer Base
Most ‘Franchisors’ carve the country into much smaller areas and look for 1,000 franchisees or more. Our approach is different – For the most part, we aim to have 1 franchisee in each county (approximately) – so about 70 franchisees.
"This will be your own business."
One Main Point
We aim to cover all areas in the UK with (approximately)
1
franchisee in each county.
Financial
Affordable Entry, Transparent Pricing
With every franchise I’ve ever known there is a franchise fee (which is usually considerable – often over £20,000), and an additional monthly amount which is often a percentage of sales – typically, maybe, about 10% of sales (or income).
We may describe the additional amount – the example I’ve given here being 10% of sales – as ‘rent’.
I’ll just say that 20 years ago or so I was looking round for a franchise opportunity, and there was virtually nothing under £10,000 – in fact not much under £20,000. And most ‘Franchisors’ carved the country up into much smaller ‘bits’.
Franchise Fee
Believe it or not. Drastically lower than the industry standard.

Building Your Customer Base
As explained above, we will advertise quite widely. All customer enquiries in your area are passed directly to you.
Earnings Insight
Since advertising is expensive, and it is not always cheap to attract entirely new customers, we will help you towards the goal of ‘repeat business’ – so that you see the same customers come back again and again.
Less of a Dent in Your Finances
Our ‘rent’ of £40 a month is low compared with ‘average’ – less than £10 a week – compare that with the ‘rent’ a shopkeeper or Pub Landlord pays – typically £300 - £500 a week or more.

The 'Sitting Room' Concept
You may be attracted to doing something similar to what we have done ‘in your neck of the woods’.
Unless your property (and your main room) is very large, we suggest you don’t fill it up with (probably) just a few tables and chairs, like you get in a ‘normal’ coffee shop.
"Our idea is to have the room more or less empty, but have (maybe 16-25) large cushions round the periphery of the room, to give it all a very casual, informal feel."
[And incidentally, this is much cheaper than the ‘tables and chairs’ approach – it shouldn’t cost more than £300 or so.]
The Room Layout
- Spacious sitting room environment
- Casual, informal atmosphere
- Cushions around the periphery
- Minimal furniture required
Equipment Needed
Just about the only other equipment you will need is a coffee machine (to make ‘real’ coffee, of course).
Offering B&B
You may decide to do this as well. If you are living alone, say, and have 2 or 3 bedrooms – why not?
Most people can rustle up quite a decent cooked breakfast.
Kitchen Stock & Ingredients
- Sausages & Bacon
- Beans & Eggs
- Mushrooms
- Vegan/Veggie Alternatives
- 2-3 Types of Cereal
- Fruit Juice
Promotion & Marketing
Once you have set it up, you have to promote it (we can probably help, but not 100%). In this country, your 2 best bets are H&E magazine and BN magazine – with the latter, especially to get into their ‘regular events’ section.
"Really, there’s not much more that needs to be said."
